Payment - you must setup a recurring withdrawal to renew your hosting and maintenance plans. A debit card, credit card, or Paypal account is required. If you wish to cancel your maintenance plan, you must do so using the unsubscribe button below.
Your hosting plan keeps your website online. Your site is hosted in a dedicated environment that offers the highest possible uptime and performance reliability. A team is monitoring your website 365/24/7 and is constantly upgrading and managing your hosting environment for optimal performance.
Note that your hosting subscription does not include website support or email support. And while every effort is made to keep your site online at all times, occasionally your site may go down for a short interval. Rest assured that in the event that your website goes down, our server team will restore it as quickly as possible. Contacting us when your website goes down will not expedite the process of bringing it back online, therefore we will not respond to such requests.
Please select the hosting level below corresponding to your resource usage. If you have not heard from us which hosting plan to subscribe to, please do not subscribe - contact us to find out which hosting plan you need to sign up for. New clients are automatically assigned to level 1. Website resource usage is re-evaluated every 6 months. If resource usage requires you to adjust your hosting level you will be notified and asked to re-subscribe at the new level.
Level 1 - low resource usage ($100/ 6 months):

Your maintenance plan includes 2 hours of website support each month. These hours expire at the end of each month, they do not roll over.
Website support covers questions regarding use of your website, as well as content updates. It does not cover hosting or email related issues. Additional time beyond your 2 hours is billed at $150/ hour, in half hour increments. You will be notified in advance before you are billed for additional hours.
The maintenance plan drastically reduces our hourly rate (from $150/ hour down to $50/ hour) and should be looked at similar to an insurance policy - if and when you need help, you'll get it at a much more affordable rate.
New clients must sign up for an initial 1 month of maintenance. After that, your maintenance plan will renew on a monthly basis unless you unsubscribe below.
Website support is available on business days (M-F, 8-5 EST), excluding holidays and the dates listed on this page.
Your website update is completed as quickly as possible, but should not take longer than 2 business days for normally sized updates (larger updates may take longer).
Maintenance plan ($100/ month):
Support hours you have already purchased can be used until the end of your last paid term. If you need any website support or content updates beyond this time, you will be billed at the rate of $150/ hour, in half hour increments. A minimum charge of $150 applies.
